Rebecca and the newest family member, Bowen.

Lila, who Julia remembers well. When we ask her who is in the family picture in the hallway in our house, the first person Julia names is Lila.

First she had to get him positioned just right.

Trip to Washington

OK, OK, OK, so we've gotten a little lazy on the blog. We'll try to get caught up here soon.

So back at Memorial Day we took a week to go visit all of Neil's family in Washington State.

Grandma came down from Stanwood on the train.

We also took a day to get out on a trip to the Oregon coast. Julia loved walking in the forest with her Frank cousins.They also enjoyed the old military equipment we got to see.

Once Julia got into the water the first time, she realized how much she liked it.

She dragged Momma into the water with her.

Once in, she was happy.

She really enjoyed having the waves wash over her.
