Our eater

Over time Emilia has turned into a good eater, as long as she's hungry.  Of course when she is hungry she gets in a hurry and makes a bit of a mess.

The fun of open spaces

Our friends Phillip and Stephanie had us and another couple over for dinner one Saturday in the spring.  They have a nice big back yard and Raquel thought ahead to bring some stuff for the girls since we were going early to play.  The girls enjoyed putting on their capes and racing back and forth across the yard so we could see the cape fly out behind them as they ran.

Shopping at Costco

The girls love shopping at Costco (mainly because often enough it means lunch and occasionally "ice cream".

The Rodeo

 We took the girls to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo again.  We didn't actually get to the Rodeo part, just the kiddie fun area and the animal show.  The two of them together took most of the day and were enough fun to wear us out.

The girls got to ride ponies, which was a favorite.

They did some traditional rides too.

One of their favorite restaurants is Chick-Fil-A.  They were pretty excited to pose with the Chick-Fil-A cow.
