Farewell to the Poseys

Our Sunday School class had to say goodbye to, Matt and Gracie Posey, who moved to California in May  for a new job opportunity after Matt graduated with his masters.  Our small group did a murder mystery party.

Raquel was an awesome ice queen, while Neil was a great Indian Shaman.

The whole group was great.

Bluebonnets

Back in April we made a trip out to Brenham to take some pictures in the bluebonnets.  We took lots of pictures . . . . .

 

Outdoor Fun

 The girls enjoy playing outside. 

Emilia is a bit of a worker.

Probably need some finger protection for this work though.

Easter Egg Hunting

The church held the annual Easter Egg Hunt at the end of March. 

This year Emilia was old enough to find some eggs. She got a little help from Mom.

 She definitely got the hang of it though. Check out the nearly full basket.

 

 Julia enjoyed it too, but she found others encroaching on the eggs in her area pretty quickly.

Gymnastics

March was a busy month.  Julia started going to gymnastics at a gym close to the house.  She gets to go once a week and its the highlight of the week for her. Every night before bed she asks if she's going to do gymnastics when she wakes up.

 

Rodeo Houston

We took advantage of one of Neil's Friday's off in March to visit the rodeo. The girls enjoyed the pig races, mutton busting, and walking around looking at all of the rides and animals. They also enjoyed eating out at the big food tent.

 

A Hair Raising Time

Time to get back to blogging . . . 

Raquel did a balloon decoration for a baby shower in March and after she was done brought the balloons home for the girls to enjoy.  They enjoyed them for several days after the event.
