Photos at the Beach

While Raquel and the girls were in Brazil, they spent some time at the beach and Renata had a photographer shoot some pictures of everyone.

Here are all of the cousins together.  On the left is Sara, Eduardo's daughter, and on the right is Valentina, Renata's daughter.

Trip to the Zoo

A few weeks ago we took Julia to the zoo for the day.  She really enjoys the zoo.

The drums in the African exhibit area are fun.

 The carosel is really great too.

 

 They had a mural up that kids could color on.  Here she's explaining to Daddy how she's going to color.

 She was pretty excited about the coloring.

 They were playing music in this part of the zoo.  With a little prompting, she took a break from coloring and spent some time dancing.

Steve D's 50th

As a part of our trip to Austin, we went to the 50th birthday party of our good friend Steve.

Trip to Sea World

We took a trip to Sea World and Austin in April.  Julia really enjoyed Sea World. Here we're waiting for the Shamoo show to start.

 The dolphins were a hit.

 The penguins were really popular.

 

A few pics from March

Around 6 months Emilia really started to slide around, trying to play with Julia's toys.

 Emilia liked to slide around, but only backwards.  This made it hard to avoid getting stuck, since she couldn't see where she was going.

 Julia really likes reading, and Emilia's learning to books too.
