The first weekend in April a couple of the sunday school classes in our church got together at a house in Galveston for a crawfish boil. Of course Julia had a lot of fun.
It wasn't that bright but she wanted to test out the sunglasses anyway.
We got a delivery a week or two ago and left the box out for Julia to play with. She just fits in it standing, so when she gets in it she looks a bit like a doll we just had shipped in. Whenever she starts playing with it, she starts saying "shasha" - the Portuguese word for box is "caixa". She plays in it so much, its starting to collapse from all of the wiggling. What are we going to do next for another "shasha"?
Julia seemed to like playing with the broom we use around the house but she had a hard time handling it, so Raquel got one closer to her size, since then she's been sweeping the place good. Although she doesn't stick to the convention of sweeping the floor.
