Raquel became an American citizen on Wednesday March 5th.
(If you look closely, you can see they made a mistake on her height. She's actually 5' 8").

We got up really early in the morning for the ceremony and had to wait a long time until it got started.
By the time they were ready to swear her in, she wasawake though . . .
. . . and all smiles when she was done.
Here is the judge presiding over the proceedings. It is official.

I've always thought of you as an American citizen but it must be cool to be official now! Make sure you ask for a reprint on that height discrepency. Somebody musta been smokin' somethin' to mess that up! Just kidding!
