One of our Sunday School teachers gifted us a bunch of beaded socks for the girls. When we brought them home and tried them out, the girls did a dance in the hallway to celebrate. Thanks Bonnie!!!
Living in the city means we don't have much outdoor space for the girls to play in, or animals for them to pet, so one weekend in June we took them out to the suburbs and played on the "park", fed some animals, rode the train, and swam in the pool.
In addition to AWANA on Wednesday nights, the church also has a music ministry for children. In May they end the year with a musical. This year was Julia's first year. She really enjoyed it and sang away.
Our Sunday School class had to say goodbye to, Matt and Gracie Posey, who moved to California in May for a new job opportunity after Matt graduated with his masters. Our small group did a murder mystery party.
Raquel was an awesome ice queen, while Neil was a great Indian Shaman.
